Booking Policies
Due to time constraints, we can not accommodate additional services during your appointment. We take pride in providing timely service, and adding services not booked in advance prevents our barbers and stylists from staying on schedule. Thank you for your understanding.
Please provide at least one hour's notice for any canceled appointments. This allows us the opportunity to offer your spot to other clients. Any appointments that are not canceled at least one hour before the scheduled time will be categorized as a no-call/no-show.
Customers who do not call or show up for their appointments will be charged a no-show fee. This fee is equivalent to the full price of the service(s) that were missed. Before making any future bookings, the no-show fee must be paid. Please note that this policy applies to appointments with all barbers and stylists in the shop.
